Our Commitment to Child Safety
All Bhavya Games titles are designed as educational tools. We strictly adhere to COPPA and follow GDPR-K best practices. We do not track children across the web, run advertising, or sell any data to third parties — ever.
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary to provide each game's features.
🌿 Jungle Math Run
- Guest Play (default): Nothing stored online. Session data stays in your browser only.
- Parent Gate (optional): Parent email, child nickname, avatar, grade level, and math progress metrics. No child data is stored online until parental email verification and the waiting period are complete.
♟️ Chess
- Google Sign-In: Google user ID and display name to identify multiplayer game rooms. Game room data such as moves and results may be stored.
- No passwords, payment data, or unnecessary personal information is stored.
📐 Quest Pro
- Google Sign-In: Math progress data such as sessions, scores, and topic history linked to a Google user ID.
🧠 Logic Lab
- No data collected. Logic Lab runs entirely in the browser with no account or online storage.
How Information Is Used
Data is used exclusively for educational purposes:
- Restoring progress across sessions and devices
- Scaling learning difficulty to match performance
- Maintaining multiplayer game rooms for Chess
- Keeping a secure audit record of parental consent
- Displaying progress metrics such as ranks, streaks, and XP
COPPA — Verifiable Parental Consent
For Jungle Math Run's online progress feature, we use the FTC-approved "Email Plus" method:
- Parent provides an email address and acknowledges a direct notice
- We send a one-time verification link to the parent's email
- Parent clicks the link to confirm inbox ownership
- A mandatory 2-hour waiting period is enforced before child data is stored online
- Progress is saved only after both steps are complete
This method is used for internal operations only.
Third-Party Services
No third party receives data for advertising or marketing. We use only:

Parental Rights & Control
As a parent or legal guardian, you have full control over your child's data:
- Review: Contact us to request a copy of stored data
- Delete (in-app): Use the "Delete saved data" button where available
- Delete (by email): Email akhannaphd@gmail.com with subject "Privacy Request — Delete"
- Revoke consent: You may stop future data collection at any time
Data Retention
- Active game progress data is retained as long as the account is in use
- Pending consent requests that are never completed are deleted within 30 days
- Upon deletion request, all data is permanently removed within 72 hours
Security
- Security rules restrict data reads and writes to the authenticated account owner only
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Authentication tokens verify identity on every database operation

Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. For significant changes affecting children's data, we will notify parents via the email address on file.
